Q-Sense offers service agreements at two different levels, and one-time reviews:
Service agreement level 1 Free preventive maintenace check once per year. Free labour time on repairs, 50% on parts. Online data analysis support.
Service agreement level 2 Free preventive maintenace check once per year. Free labour time on repairs, free parts. Free loaners during repair. Online data analysis support.
One-time service review Preventive service offered to any instrument not covered by service contracts, regardless of age. Replacement parts not included.
